No, it's not necessary! Before reaching the checkout page, you can decide whether to make the purchase by registering or not. Registering allows you to save your payment and delivery information, making your future purchases faster and easier.

To search for products, you can use filters. Our products are categorised by women, men, baby, kids, color, pattern, category, and season. By selecting only the filters that interest you, your search will be easy and fast!

To view information about each product, you can click on the image. This will open a screen, the product page, where you will find all the information.

Click on the account section in the upper left: you can view all your saved information and modify it whenever you want.

Sizes and colors that are currently out of stock may be restocked during the season and become available again. By sending a request to our email address, we can contact you if your favorite products become available again.

Shipping costs in Italy amount to Euro 7.90 (VAT included) for all orders with a value of less than 30€.

Delivery takes place within 24/48 hours throughout Italy, except for Sicily and Crotone, where delivery takes 48/72 hours.

If you have selected Bank Transfer as the payment method, the shipment will be dispatched upon receipt of the bank transfer.

You can return the products you purchased within 15 days from receiving the products. The shipping costs are borne by the customer.

To return your products, you will need to send your return request to the email address, preferably indicating the reason for the return. In response, we will send you the shipping label addressed to PROCTOR SRL via Giulio Pastore, 4 – 25030 Lograto (BS).

Yes, all the displayed prices already include VAT, just like in our stores.
